Ihre Aufgaben - Verantwortung mit Gestaltungsspielraum ##

  • Bearbeitung von Anzahlungs-, Erfüllungs- und Gewährleistungsgarantieanträgen
  • Versicherungswesen inkl. All Risk/Schadenfälle
  • Debitorenmanagement inkl. Debitoreninkasso und Bonitätsabklärungen
  • Erstellen der MwSt- Abrechnung
  • Verwaltung der Mietverträge
  • Sie unterstützen, beraten und schulen unserer Niederlassungen bei fachlichen Belangen
  • Die Stellvertretung innerhalb des Finanzteams ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Stellvertretung des Leiters Finanzen während seiner Abwesenheit

Ihr Profil - das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und bringen Erfahrung im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung mit
  • Eine Weiterbildung (oder der aktuelle Fortbildungsweg) zum Sachbearbeiter Finanz- und Rechnungswesen haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder sind in fortgeschrittenem Stadium
  • Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel, und Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Dynamics AX erleichtern Ihnen den Einstieg in dieses abwechslungsreiche Aufgabengebiet
