So gestaltest du Gesundheit mit ###

  • Du prüfst und bearbeitest selbstständig Leistungsfälle im ambulanten Pflegebereich, insbesondere Rechnungen, Kostengutsprachen und Leistungsanfragen.
  • Du betreust unsere Versicherungsnehmer kompetent, lösungsorientiert und kundenorientiert
  • Du koordinierst und korrespondierst mit Kunden, Leistungserbringern, anderen Versicherungen sowie Behörden
  • Du veranlasst vertrauensärztliche Abklärungen und begleitest diese administrativ.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung und Einführung neuer Mitarbeitenden und gibst dein Fachwissen gerne weiter

Das zeichnet dich aus ###

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit medizinischen Kenntnissen oder über eine abgeschlossene medizinische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Leistungsbearbeitung einer Kranken- oder Unfallversicherung mit
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine exakte, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie eine rasche Auffassungsgabe aus
  • Du findest dich schnell in verschiedenen Anwendungsprogrammen und digitalen Tools zurecht und hast Freude an der Arbeit mit unterschiedlichen Systemen
  • Du verfügst über eine stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch
