Ihr Aufgabengebiet ##

  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen HR-Administration entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles - vom Eintritt über Mutationen bis zum Austritt
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertrags- und Lohnanpassungen, Arbeitszeugnissen, Arbeitsbestätigungen sowie weiteren personalrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personaldaten und HR-Dokumenten in den eingesetzten HR-Systemen und digitalen Plattformen
  • Bewirtschaftung des HR-E-Mail-Postfachs, Triage von Anfragen sowie Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei administrativen HR-Themen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern, Payroll sowie internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und digitalen Lösungen
  • Mitarbeit bei verschiedenen HR-Projekten und bei der Umsetzung administrativer HR-Initiativen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine HR-spezifische Weiterbildung, vorzugsweise mit eidgenössischem HR-Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren administrativen HR-Funktion
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und eine hohe digitale Affinität; Erfahrung mit gängigen HR-Informationssystemen von Vorteil
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, verantwortungsbewusste und diskrete Persönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten und sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
