sachbearbeiter immobilienbewirtschaftung, 60-100% (w/m/d)

aufgaben

  • sie unterstützen das bewirtschaftungsteam in den bereichen mietliegenschaften sowie stockwerkeigentum
  • dabei pflegen sie schriftlichen und mündlichen kontakt zu mietern, eigentümern, behörden, hauswarten und handwerkern
  • ebenso übernehmen sie die protokollführung an stockwerkeigentümerversammlungen sowie die vorbereitungsarbeiten
  • des weiteren arbeiten sie aktiv bei der wiedervermietung von immobilien mit und organisieren besichtigungen
  • auch das aufschalten von inseraten, das vorbereiten von mietverträgen und die vor- und nachbearbeitung von abnahmen sowie übergaben gehört in ihren vielseitigen aufgabenbereich
  • ausserdem helfen sie bei der rechnungsprüfung sowie kontierung mit und übernehmen das stammdaten- sowie dokumentenmanagement
  • abschliessend bearbeiten sie versicherungsfälle und sind bei abwesenheit stellvertretend tätig
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, 50 bis 100% betragen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine ausbildung als kauffrau / kaufmann oder gleichwertig
  • mindestens 1-2 jahre erfahrung in der immobilienbranche sind sehr wichtig
  • erfahrung im bereich stockwerkeigentum sind von grossem vorteil
  • idealerweise haben sie zudem erfahrung mit rimo r5
  • bezeichnen sie sich als gut organisiert, strukturiert arbeitend und mitdenkend?
