Für unseren Kunden am oberen Zürichsee suchen wir für den Bereich Immobilien einen

Sachbearbeiter Immobilienbewirtschaftung 80-100% (m/w/d) ##

Aufgabenbereich:

  • Bewirtschaftung eines Immobilienportfolios bestehend aus Stockwerkeigentum und Mietliegenschaften
  • Organisation und Führung von Stockwerkeigentümerversammlungen
  • Ansprechperson für Mieter, Eigentümer, Behörden, Handwerker und Hauswarte
  • Bearbeitung und Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen/-übergaben bei Mieterwechsel
  • Bearbeitung von Mietvertragsänderungen, Mietzinsänderungen sowie indexierten Mietzinsanpassungen
  • Erstellung von Inseraten
  • Allgemeine Administration

Anforderungen:

  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Immobilienbewirtschaftung/Stockwerkeigentum
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung inklusive Stockwerkeigentum ist zwingend
  • Versiert im Umgang mit verschiedenen IT-Anwendungen und der MS Office-Palette
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englisch- und Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Vernetztes Denken und präzise Arbeitsweise
