Zur Verstärkung des Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach einer engagierten Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiter Immobilienbewirtschaftung (w/m/d). Sachbearbeiter Immobilienbewirtschaftung (w/m/d) für den STWEG\-Bereich (Entwicklung Richtung Fachausweis) 100%, Ref. 7275S Aufgabengebiet In dieser spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Position arbeitest du eng mit einem Immobilienbewirtschafter zusammen, der ein Portfolio betreut, was hauptsächlich aus STWEG besteht. Du erhältst einen guten Einblick in die Bewirtschaftung, von den administrativen Arbeiten im Hintergrund bis hin zu den Versammlungen vor Ort. Zu Beginn unterstützt du den Bewirtschafter aktiv im Arbeitsalltag. Mit der Zeit kannst du immer mehr Verantwortung übernehmen. So wirst du optimal auf deinem Weg Richtung Immobilienbewirtschafter mit eidg. Fachausweis begleitet. Deine Stärken und Erfahrungen Folgende Qualifikationen solltest du für diese Position mitbringen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter Immobilienbewirtschaftung Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich zwingend Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kommunikativer Teamplayer Von Vorteil für diese Position ist ausserdem, wenn du bereits über Erfahrung im STWEG\-Bereich verfügst. Sofern du noch nicht grosse Berührungspunkte mit der Bewirtschaftung von Stockwerkeigentum hattest, solltest du ein grundliegendes Interesse für den Fokus auf STWEG mitbringen.
