The posting

Innerhalb des Geschäftsbereichs Finanzen + Services leistet das Team Support und Dienste vielseitige organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung und fungiert als zentrale Anlaufstelle für die Fachbereiche des UGZ. Für das Zentralsekretariat suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, engagierte und qualifizierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben ##

  • Als erste Ansprechperson für interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen bearbeiten Sie telefonische sowie schriftliche Anfragen und bewirtschaften täglich die Post.
  • Sie unterstützen die verschiedenen Fachbereiche des UGZ bei vielfältigen administrativen Aufgaben sowie bei der Umsetzung von Projekten.
  • Sie erfassen Baugesuche und erstellen Rechnungen im Rahmen des Baubewilligungsverfahrens.
  • Sie planen, koordinieren und organisieren Anlässe, Sitzungen und Workshops von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbearbeitung.
  • Sie übernehmen vielseitige Sekretariats- und Verwaltungsaufgaben und sorgen für eine professionelle Administration.

Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in ähnlicher Position
  • Erfahrung im öffentlichen Sektor vorteilhaft
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch; sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe und eine speditive, strukturierte sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, gepaart mit Freude an der Arbeit und im Umgang mit Menschen
