Wir leisten einen zentralen Beitrag für die soziale Grundversorgung in den dreizehn angeschlossenen Gemeinden im Emmental/Oberaargau. In den Bereichen Sozialhilfe, Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz sowie in der Alimentenhilfe arbeiten rund 45 Mitarbeitende in verschiedenen Teams.

Deine Aufgaben ###

Du bearbeitest selbständig administrative Prozesse in den Bereichen Sozialversicherungen, Gesundheitskosten und Krankenkassenwesen. Des Weiteren unterstützt du die Sozialarbeitenden in administrativen Belangen und führst selbständige Korrespondenz. Du arbeitest bei der Betreuung des Schalters und der Telefonzentrale sowie bei der Erledigung des Posteingangs und des Postversandes mit. Zudem gehören diverse administrative Arbeiten wie die Datenerfassung und -Bearbeitung im Klientensystem sowie das Errichten von Klientendossiers zu deinen Aufgaben.

Dein Profil ###

Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss mit und hast bereits Erfahrung in einem Sozialdienst oder einer öffentlichen Verwaltung gesammelt. Um für die Arbeit bei uns optimal gerüstet zu sein, hast du zudem gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen und bist versiert in den IT-Anwendungen (MS-Office und evtl. KLIB). Wir suchen eine belastbare, selbständige und motivierte Persönlichkeit, welche gerne im Team arbeitet und eine hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft ausweist. Bist du flexibel, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und hast eine gewisse Prise Humor, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.
