Binningen ist eine attraktive Vorortsgemeinde von Basel mit rund 16 000 Einwohner/innen und zeichnet sich durch einen bürgernahen Service public aus. Die Verwaltung beschäftigt rund 220 Personen und ist in sechs Abteilungen gegliedert. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams Administration Soziale Dienste suchen wir per 1. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen

Sachbearbeiter/in Administration Soziale Dienste 80 - 90 % ##

Ihr Aufgabenbereich ###

  • Zentrale Anlaufstelle für administrative Anliegen der Abteilung Soziale Dienste und Gesundheit sowie selbstständige Erledigung im Rahmen der erteilten Kompetenzen
  • Sicherstellen des Telefon- und Schalterdienstes, Erteilen von fachspezifischen Auskünften und Unterstützung bei Anmeldungen für den Bereich Soziale Dienste und Gesundheit
  • Selbstständige Durchführung der Erstaufnahme (Intake) von neuen Fällen inklusive Vorabklärungen und administrativer Fallaufnahme
  • Stellvertretung in der Sachbearbeitung Buchhaltung der Sozialen Dienste (Auslösen der monatlichen Klientenzahlungen und Verarbeitung der Kreditorenzahlungen mittels Klientensoftware KLIBnet)
  • Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung und Berechnung von Mietzinsbeitragsgesuchen (MZB)
  • Abklären und Bewirtschaften von Subsidiaritäten, insbesondere im Bereich der individuellen Prämienverbilligung

Das bringen Sie mit ###

  • Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie einige Jahre Berufserfahrung (vorzugsweise in einer öffentlichen Verwaltung oder im Sozialbereich)
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Interesse an sozialen Fragestellungen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (KLIB von Vorteil)
  • Zahlenflair sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Empathie, Belastbarkeit und Abgrenzungsvermögen
  • Gewandte und sichere schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Sozial- und Teamkompetenz, Loyalität, Flexibilität, Diskretion
