Der Gemeindeverband Sozialbereiche des Bezirks Rheinfelden (GSBR) ist eine Organisation von regionalen Gemeinden mit sozialen Angeboten und Dienstleistungen für jedes Lebensalter. In herausfordernden Situationen bieten seine Mitarbeitenden professionelle Unterstützung, Beratung und Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe an. Die beiden Fachstellen Berufsbeistandschaft und Persönliche Beratung Bezirk Rheinfelden unterstützt im Auftrag der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde Menschen, die aufgrund von persönlichen, gesundheitlichen oder sozialen Schwierigkeiten ihre Angelegenheiten nicht selbstständig regeln können. Sie klärt finanzielle, rechtliche und administrative Fragen, vertritt die betroffenen Personen gegenüber Behörden und sorgt für deren Schutz und Stabilität im Alltag. Ziel ist es, die Selbstständigkeit so weit wie möglich zu erhalten und gezielt zu fördern. Wir suchen am Standort in 4310 Rheinfelden per 01.01.2027 eine\*n

Sachbearbeiter\*In Administrationsteam Empfang 100% ##

* Betreuung der Telefonzentrale von zwei Fachstellen (Berufsbeistandschaft und Fachstelle für persönliche Beratung) * Unterstützung, Organisation und Sicherstellung des Empfangs als erste Anlaufstelle für Anliegen von betroffenen Personen, Netzwerkpartnern und Dritten * Administrative Unterstützung der Mandatsführenden in der Sachbearbeitung und/oder Buchhaltung * Verarbeiten der eingehenden und ausgehenden Post

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung E-Profil sowie sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse * Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung/Buchhaltung im Bereich Berufsbeistandschaft/KESD, Gemeindewesen oder Sozialversicherungen * Exakte, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Dienstleistungsorientierte, vertrauenswürdige und loyale Persönlichkeit * Freude am persönlichen und telefonischen Kontakt mit verschiedenen Personengruppen * Ruhe und Überblick auch in hektischen Situationen * Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich) * Aufgestellte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am direkten Klientelkontakt * Auch in hektischen Situationen bleibst du ruhig und sachgerecht triagiert
