**Deine Aufgaben**

* Du erteilst Auskünfte an unsere Kund\*innen bei Fragen zu Beiträgen und Leistungen der Sozialversicherungen, AHV, EL, IV und EO sowie städtischen Zusatzleistungen. * Du unterstützt Kund\*innen beim Ausfüllen von Formularen -- telefonisch oder am Schalter. * Gesuche und Anmeldungen kontrollierst du und leitest sie an die richtigen Stellen weiter. * Du überprüfst die KVG-Versicherungspflicht im Auftrag der kantonalen Ausgleichskasse.

**Dein Profil**

* Kaufmännische Grundausbildung. * Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sozialversicherungen oder öffentliche Verwaltung. * Du kommunizierst zuvorkommend und gerne mit den unterschiedlichsten Menschen. * Wesentliches erkennst du rasch. * Du sprichst idealerweise gerne in weiteren Sprachen.
