Ihre Aufgaben * Selbständige Erfassung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen * Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen sowie weiteren Auftragsdokumenten * Kompetente telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung sowie Beratung der Kunden * Korrespondenz in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch * Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf * Bearbeitung von Retouren und Reparaturen inklusive Dokumentation * Pflege von Stammdaten sowie Unterstützung bei der Preis- und Datenpflege * Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten sowie Empfang von Kunden und Lieferanten

Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil * Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude am täglichen Kundenkontakt * Teamfähige, belastbare und lernbereite Persönlichkeit mit guten Umgangsformen * Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
