Dann bist du hier richtig! Für den neuen Standort in AG sucht unser Auftraggeber, das Kalibrierlabor Elcal AG, genau dich.

Aufgaben --------

Deine Aufgaben sind vielseitig:

  • Du erfasst und koordinierst Kalibrier\-, Reparatur\- und Verkaufsaufträge.
  • Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für Kunden – am Telefon und im Geschäft.
  • Du erstellst Verkaufs\- und Serviceangebote und erkennst dabei auch Verkaufschancen.
  • Du koordinierst den Warenfluss der Kunden\-Messgeräte vom Wareneingang bis zum Versand.
  • Du organisierst Speditionsaufträge und stellst eine reibungslose Abwicklung von Exportlieferungen sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stellen zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Prozesse pragmatisch, effizient sowie kundenorientiert funktionieren.

Fähigkeiten ------------

Du bist eine Person, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt, denkst voraus, findest Lösungen und fühlst dich in einem technischen Umfeld wohl.

Idealerweise bringst du mit:

  • Eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder logistischen Bereich, z.B. als Logistiker/\-in EFZ oder Kauffrau/\-mann EFZ.
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, Logistik, Administration oder im Verkaufsinnendienst.
  • Interesse an technischen Geräten und Kalibrier\-Dienstleistungen.
  • Exportwissen bzw. Erfahrung in der Exportabwicklung ist von Vorteil.
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und eine spürbare Dienstleistungsmentalität.
  • Eine selbständige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise.
