Ihre Aufgaben: Fachliche Koordination und aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Onboarding Operations Sicherstellung einer korrekten, termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Stammdatenpflege Überwachung und Verarbeitung von Zahlungseingängen sowie Kontrolle der entsprechenden Anlagestrategien Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards, Kontrollen und internen Prozessen Erkennen und Umsetzen von Effizienzsteigerungen und Prozessoptimierungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenservice, Compliance, IT und weiteren internen Fachbereichen Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie Übernahme eigener fachlicher und prozessbezogener Verantwortungsbereiche Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung bestehender Prozesse

Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Banking Operations, Backoffice oder Finanzdienstleistungen Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Stammdatenpflege, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Finnova Ausgeprägtes Prozess- und Qualitätsverständnis sowie Interesse an Digitalisierung und Automatisierung Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Französisch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Kommunikative, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
