**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Bearbeiten von Baugesuchen inkl. formelle und materielle Prüfung * Entscheid über Baubewilligungspflicht und Zuständigkeit * Verfassen von verfahrensleitenden Verfügungen und Gesamtbauentscheiden * Planung und Vorbereitung von Einigungs- und Instruktionsverhandlungen, Augenscheinen sowie Bereinigungsgesprächen

**Ihr Profil**

* Berufliche Grundbildung mit eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis EFZ * Diplom Bernische/-r Bauverwalter/-in oder Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/-in Baubewilligungsverfahren oder vergleichbare Ausbildung * Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion bezogen aufs Bauwesen * Zuverlässige, selbständige und speditive Arbeitsweise
