Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir im Rahmen unseres weiteren Wachstums eine/n : Sachbearbeiter/in Berufliche Vorsorge (70 %)

Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen, überschaubaren Unternehmen, in dem Eigenverantwortung, Zusammenarbeit und eine hohe Dienstleistungsqualität im Mittelpunkt unserer Werte stehen.

Stellenantritt: 1. November 2026 ; Vertragsart: Unbefristete Anstellung

Ihre Aufgaben : • - Selbstständige technische, administrative und buchhalterische Verwaltung von Pensionskassen. - Übernahme der Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Verwaltung von Freizügigkeitskonten. - Sorgfältige und professionelle Betreuung der Dossiers von Versicherten und Arbeitgebern. - Ansprechperson für Versicherte, Arbeitgeber und externe Dienstleister in deutscher und französischer Sprache. - Mitarbeit an der effizienten Organisation des Bereichs sowie aktive Mitwirkung an dessen Weiterentwicklung.

Ihr Profil : - Deutsche Muttersprache mit sehr guten mündlichen und schriftlichen Französischkenntnissen. - Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertiger Abschluss. - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der beruflichen Vorsorge. - Selbstständige, initiative und gut organisierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist. - Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Integrität, Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, sich rasch auf unterschiedliche Anforderungen einzustellen. - Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. - Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-365-Anwendungen.

Von Vorteil : - Eidgenössischer Fachausweis als Spezialist/in für Personalvorsorge oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung. - Kenntnisse im Bereich der privaten Altersvorsorge - Kenntnisse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen. - Gute Englischkenntnisse.
