Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Prüfung der Bonität von Kundinnen und Kunden in der deutsch- und französischsprachigen Schweiz
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen möglicher Zahlungsrisiken
  • Kontaktaufnahme bei offenen Rechnungen und Klärung der nächsten Schritte
  • Vereinbarung und Überwachung von Abzahlungsmodalitäten nach internen Vorgaben
  • Betreuung bestehender Kundschaft und Unterstützung bei der Prüfung potenzieller Neukundinnen und Neukunden
  • Bearbeitung von Betreibungsverfahren nach internen Vorgaben
  • Anmeldung offener Forderungen in Konkursverfahren
  • Bearbeitung und Bereinigung von Debitorenkonten sowie Klärung offener Differenzen
  • Pflege der Kundendaten und sorgfältige Kontenführung
  • Unterstützung des Finance- und Credit-Control-Teams bei weiteren Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich; Kenntnisse in der Debitorenbuchhaltung, im Inkasso oder Forderungsmanagement von Vorteil
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und am Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und Word
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen; Oracle-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliche und klare Kommunikation sowie professionelles Auftreten
  • Zuverlässige, flexible und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige Organisation der Aufgaben und Bereitschaft, bei Unklarheiten nachzufragen
  • Überblick und Humor auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
