Das bietet dir die Stelle ###

  • Du verbuchst täglich Zahlungseingänge aus verschiedenen Bankformaten und stellst sicher, dass diese vollständig, korrekt und termingerecht den offenen Posten zugeordnet werden
  • Als verlässliche Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stakeholder bearbeitest du schriftliche und telefonische Kundenanfragen und unterstützt bei administrativen Anliegen rund um die Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Du wirkst im Inkassowesen mit und unterstützt bei der konsequenten Nachverfolgung offener Forderungen - verbindlich in der Kommunikation und lösungsorientiert in der Bearbeitung
  • Offene Debitorenposten bearbeitest du aktiv, klärst Differenzen, führst Verrechnungen und Auszifferungen durch und stellst die korrekte Verarbeitung von Gutschriften sicher
  • Ausserdem verantwortest du die wöchentlichen Auszahlungen von Kundengutschriften und sorgst für eine nachvollziehbare sowie fristgerechte Abwicklung
  • Stellvertretend führst du den vollständigen Mahnlauf durch und unterstützt bei dessen Nachbearbeitung. Dabei behältst du die Datenqualität sowie eine professionelle Kundenkommunikation stets im Blick
  • Du unterstützt die Spesenbearbeitung, vertrittst bei Bedarf Kolleginnen und Kollegen innerhalb des Debitorenteams und begleitest Lernende in der Abteilung
  • Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe, erkennst Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und bringst dich aktiv ein, damit Prozesse im Team effizient, verlässlich und kundenorientiert funktionieren

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit ###

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit - idealerweise in der Debitoren- oder Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Dank deiner Organisationstärke und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise planst du deine Aufgaben proaktiv, priorisierst effizient und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick. Qualität und Verlässlichkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, handelst selbständig und nutzt deinen Handlungsspielraum bewusst. Du entscheidest fundiert, übernimmst Verantwortung und bleibst an Aufgaben dran, bis sie abgeschlossen sind
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse, nimmst Anliegen und Feedback ernst und kommunizierst freundlich, verbindlich und klar - auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, gehören für dich zur täglichen Arbeitsgrundlage. Kenntnisse in SAP FI sind von Vorteil
  • Du kommunizierst fliessend auf Deutsch sowie gut auf Englisch und Französisch
