Aufgaben ##

  • Kompetent bearbeitest du alle Debitorenanliegen tagesaktuell und stellst eine korrekte Abwicklung sicher.
  • Du prüfst Kundenguthaben und legst Auszahlungen fest.
  • Am Kundenkontakt hast du Freude und gibst sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich professionelle Auskünfte über den aktuellen Kontostand.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Guthabenbereinigungen fehlerfrei durchgeführt und korrekt dokumentiert werden.
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden triffst du Vereinbarungen zu Zahlungen und Ratenplänen und findest dabei faire Lösungen für beide Seiten.

Profil ##

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundbildung hast du bereits abgeschlossen. Erste Berufserfahrungen im Kundenkontakt oder Debitorenumfeld sind ein Plus.
  • Deine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Teamorientierung freut uns besonders.
  • Der versierte Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen zeichnet dich aus, mit guten SAP-Kenntnissen und mit Erfahrungen im Bereich Debitoren punktest du extra.
  • Du hast eine exakte sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise und auch Routinearbeiten erledigst du gerne.
  • In der deutschen Sprache bist du sattelfest und kannst auch in Englisch und von Vorteil einer weiteren Sprache adressgerecht kommunizieren.
