The posting

Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Handels- und Serviceunternehmen für Maschinen zur professionellen Holz-, Aluminium- und Metallbearbeitung in Luzern, suchen wir zur Unterstützung des Ersatzteildienstes eine technisch versierte und kaufmännisch geschickte Persönlichkeit. Zum Sortiment gehören unter anderem CNC-Bearbeitungszentren, Platten- und Kreissägen, Bandsägen sowie weitere Maschinen und Anlagen für die professionelle Bearbeitung.

Im Ersatzteildienst dreht sich entsprechend vieles um mechanische, elektrische und maschinenspezifische Ersatz- und Verschleissteile für diese Anlagen. Ein gewisses technisches Verständnis ist deshalb für diese Aufgabe sehr hilfreich.

Die Position ist aufgrund eines gesundheitsbedingten Ausfalls entstanden und wird vorerst temporär besetzt. Je nach weiterer Entwicklung besteht die Möglichkeit und Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass die Stelle zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt fest zu besetzen sein wird.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung und Koordination von Ersatzteilanfragen

• Einkauf und Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen bei Lieferanten

• Einholen und Bearbeiten von Lieferantenangeboten

• Anfragen und Koordination von Reparaturofferten

• Pflege und Verwaltung der Lagerbestände

• Erfassung und Bearbeitung der Vorgänge im ERP-System

•Administrative Abwicklung von Bestellungen und Aufträgen

• Abstimmung mit dem Lager und gelegentliche kurze Botengänge ins Magazin

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung

• Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Maschinen und Ersatzteilen

• Erfahrung im Ersatzteildienst, technischen Innendienst, Einkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen; Kenntnisse in Proffix sind von Vorteil

• Englisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind aufgrund der Zusammenarbeit mit Maschinenlieferanten aus Norditalien willkommen, jedoch keine Voraussetzung

• Selbständige, zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Arbeitsweise

• Freude an einer vielseitigen Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Büro, Lieferanten und Lager

Das erwartet Sie

Sie übernehmen eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe in einem bodenständigen technischen Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen. Die Tätigkeit findet ausschliesslich im Büro statt, wobei Sie regelmässig mit dem Lager und den technischen Bereichen in Kontakt stehen.

Die Wochenarbeitszeit beträgt 42 Stunden. Der Arbeitsbeginn ist flexibel zwischen 07:00 und 08:00 Uhr möglich, Arbeitsende ist gegen 17:00 Uhr.

Der Einsatz ist vorerst temporär vorgesehen. Je nach Entwicklung der personellen Situation kann sich daraus die Möglichkeit einer Festanstellung ergeben.
