Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Kundenbetreuung der internationalen Kunden von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Fakturierung
  • Verantwortlich für die Planung und Organisation von internationalen Transporten via Camion, Kurier, Luft- und Seefracht
  • Erstellung der erforderlichen Exportdokumente (Carnet ATA, Ursprungszeugnisse, Zolldokumente etc.)
  • Einholung von Beglaubigungen und Bearbeitung von Akkreditiven
  • Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Handelskammern, Spediteuren und Kunden

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Export/Aussenhandel
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Export zwingend
  • Einwandfreie Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, zusätzlich gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-System und gute Kenntnisse in der MS-Office Palette
  • Sie sind flexibel, zuverlässig und eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative
