Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung des gesamten Exportprozesses von der Auftragserfassung über die Terminplanung bis hin zur Fakturierung
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Lieferung durch Überwachung und Koordination internationaler Transporte per LKW, See-, Schienen- und Luftfracht
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung exportrelevanter Dokumente, einschliesslich Zolldokumenten, Ausfuhrscheinen und Ursprungszeugnissen
  • Kompetente Betreuung und Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden, Spediteuren und Geschäftspartnern in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Produktion, Logistik und Vertrieb zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen, kundenorientierten Ablaufs

Ihr Profil ##

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Export (Aussenhandelsfachmann/frau)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Export zwingend
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in W/S, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise SAP und Export-Tools
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden, Agenten, Lieferanten und Spediteuren für den Export
