Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer motivierten Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiter/in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen für unseren Kunden im Zürcher Oberland.

In dieser spannenden Funktion übernehmen Sie vielseitige Aufgaben im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen und unterstützen das Team in sämtlichen administrativen und buchhalterischen Tätigkeiten.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Verantwortung für die Erfassung und Buchung von Kreditoren- und Debitorenrechnungen sowie deren Kontrolle auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit
  • Mitarbeit von Monats,-Quartals,-Jahresabschlüssen nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Durchführung der wöchentlichen in- und ausländischen Zahlungsabwicklungen, inklusive Währungsumrechnungen
  • Verbuchung von Bank- und Kassenbelegen inkl. Kontrolle der Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Monatliche Abstimmung und Analyse der verschiedenen Konten, um die finanzielle Genauigkeit und Integrität zu gewährleisten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und eine Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen
  • Berufserfahrung als Sachbearbeiter/in im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Fundierte Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in W/S
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programme und ERP-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
