Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Verantwortlich für Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Mahnwesen und Zahlungsabwicklung
  • Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen im System
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der betrieblichen Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen sowie internen Reportings
  • Pflege finanzieller Unterlagen sowie Einhaltung internationaler mehrwertsteuerlicher Vorgaben

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und eine Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen erforderlich.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse sind vorhanden. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Offen, kommunikativ und exakt in der Arbeitsweise.
