Zahlen sind deine Stärke und du schätzt ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet? In dieser Funktion unterstützt du unser Team schwerpunktmässig im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen und übernimmst ergänzend Aufgaben in der Personaladministration und im kaufmännischen Tagesgeschäft. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Projektleitern zusammen und sorgst mit deiner strukturierten und zuverlässigen Art für reibungslose Abläufe.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Führen der Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Hauptbuch, Kreditoren\- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung und Personaladministration
  • Erstellen von Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen sowie Mitarbeit bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen für natürliche und juristische Personen
  • Auftragsbearbeitung inklusive Auftragsbestätigungen, Devis, Offerten, Fakturierung, Nachkalkulation und Baugarantien
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Projektleiter sowie Führen allgemeiner Korrespondenz und Postverarbeitung
  • Betreuung von Telefonzentrale und Empfang (D/F/E) sowie Übernahme weiterer administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine entsprechende Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere Debitoren\-, Kreditoren\- und Hauptbuchhaltung
  • Kenntnisse in MWST, Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Steuerbereich
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Lohn\- und Personaladministration von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Französisch\- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ein freundliches und dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten
