Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Eigenständige Führung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach geltenden Rechnungslegungsstandards
  • Erstellung und termingerechte Einreichung von Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Verantwortung für das Bankenmanagement sowie die Verwaltung und Überwachung von Finanz- und Anlagegeschäften
  • Unterstützung des Controllings durch die Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen, Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Finance (Sachbearbeiter\*in Rechnungswesen)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Sachbearbeiter/in Finance/Buchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Zahlenaffinität und strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
