Vom ersten Entwurf bis zur Endmontage bauen wir unsere Bikes in der Schweiz – individuell, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Möchtest du als Sachbearbeiter/in Finanzen mit Schwerpunkt Debitoren und Kreditorenbuchhaltung unser Finanzteam ergänzen und gemeinsam mit der ganzen Thömus Family Schweizer Radgeschichte schreiben?

Deine Aufgaben – Du bewegst was:

Du unterstützt in der Debitorenbuchhaltung: Bearbeitung von Kundenmails, Mahnläufe, Zahlungsabstimmungen und administrative Debitorentätigkeiten Du unterstützt in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Erfassung von Kreditorenrechnungen, Visumseinholung, Unterstützung bei Zahlungsläufen und fachgerechte Ablage von Rechnungen Du verarbeitest Kassenabrechnungen und stellst sicher, dass alle Kassendaten korrekt dokumentiert und abgestimmt werden Du verarbeitest Kreditkarten-Abrechnungen und übernimmst deren Verbuchung Du unterstützt bei statistischen Auswertungen, Reportings und Abschlussarbeiten Du unterstützt das Team Finanzen in sämtlichen anfallenden buchhalterischen und administrativen Aufgaben (Bedienung Telefon, Beantwortung von E-Mails, usw.)

Dein Profil – das bringst Du mit:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit Du hast Freude in dem, was du tust, bist positiv denkend und möchtest dich stetig weiterentwickeln Du bist belastbar und hast Freude, in einem spannenden und dynamischen Umfeld anzupacken Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine eigene Arbeit und bist IT-affin Du bist kommunikativ und verfügst über ein stilsicheres Deutsch
