Deine Aufgaben

  • Hauptbuch und Abschlüsse: Du betreust das Hauptbuch eigenverantwortlich, führst monatliche Bilanzkonten Abstimmungen durch und übernahmst die Erstellung der MWST Abrechnungen (Schweiz und Deutschland).
  • Operative Buchhaltung: Du bewirtschaftest selbstständig die Debitoren, Kreditoren sowie die Anlagenbuchhaltung.
  • Reporting und Zahlen: Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung des monatlichen Finanzreportings mit.
  • ERP und Digitalisierung: Als Finance Super User unterstützt du die Weiterentwicklung sowie Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen im ERP System und bringst dich in spannende Optimierungsprojekte ein.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit ####

  • Fundierte Basis: Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) sowie idealerweise eine gezielte Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen (zum Beispiel Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen).
  • Praxiserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanz und Debitorenbuchhaltung.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und denkst lösungsorientiert mit.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du besitzt eine charmante, gewinnende und zugleich konstruktive Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, um Vorgaben und Richtlinien im Alltag sicherzustellen.
  • Sprachen und IT: Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute IT beziehungsweise ERP Affinität. Französischkenntnisse sind ein klares Plus.
