Sachbearbeiter/in Finanzen \& Rechnungswesen 60\-80% ====================================================

Die AG ist ein in der Region Bern\-Solothurn tätiges Familienunternehmen mit ca. 100 Mitarbeitenden. In Koppigen produzieren wir regionale und qualitativ hochstehende Produkte in den Bereichen Bäckerei, Konditorei und Confiserie. Die Produkte vertreiben wir in unseren bald acht Verkaufsläden mit angrenzenden Cafés. Zur Verstärkung unseres Administrations\-Teams suchen wir eine aufgestellte, mitdenkende und engagierte Persönlichkeit für unsere Buchhaltung.

Das erwartet dich: ------------------

  • Sicherstellen und Kontrollieren des täglichen Bargeldverkehrs
  • Prüfen, Kontieren und Verbuchen von Kreditoren und Debitoren
  • Vorbereiten und Abwickeln von Zahlungsaufträgen
  • Bearbeiten des Mahnwesens und Überwachen offener Forderungen
  • Erstellen der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Mithelfen bei der Verbuchung und Abstimmung der Bankkonten
  • Unterstützen bei Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Aufnehmen und Bearbeiten von Schadenfällen sowie Koordinieren mit Versicherungen
  • Übernehmen allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im Finanz\- und HR\-Bereich

  • Grundausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Eine pflichtbewusste, selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Eine zuverlässige und gut strukturierte Persönlichkeit
  • Freude an einer vielseitigen Tätigkeit und an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team
