Du bist gerne die verbindende Stelle, behältst den Überblick und klärst offene Fragen zwischen Medizin, Versicherungen und Leistungserbringern? Dann bist du bei uns richtig. 

 

Was du bewirkst

  • Du prüfst ambulante Kostengutsprachen und Heilkostenrechnungen auf ihre medizinische Kausalität und stellst die Einhaltung der geltenden Tarifgrundlagen sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internen medizinischen Spezialist:innen sowie mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Spitälern und Sozialversicherungen zusammen und führst bei Bedarf zusätzliche administrative und medizinische Abklärungen durch.
  • Du beurteilst und kontrollierst Rechnungen, gibst diese frei oder lehnst sie nachvollziehbar und begründet ab.
  • Du berätst und unterstützt unsere internen Fachstellen sowie Leistungserbringer bei tariflichen und fallunabhängigen Fragen.
  • Du bearbeitest Anfragen von Sozialversicherungen, beispielsweise im Zusammenhang mit Rückforderungen.

 

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene paramedizinische Ausbildung (EFZ), z. B. als Medizinische Praxisassistentin/Praxisassistent, Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit, Drogist:in oder Pharma-Assistent:in. Andernfalls bringst du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) mit Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung von Personenversicherungen (UVG/KVG) mit.
  • Du kennst dich mit Tarifsystemen aus und hast Freude daran, dich mit unterschiedlichen Fachstellen und Anspruchsgruppen auszutauschen.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Kranken- oder Unfallversicherung ist von Vorteil.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch. Gute mündliche Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und überzeugst mit deinem Durchsetzungsvermögen und deiner lösungsorientierten Art.
