Sachbearbeiter/in Immobilienbewirtschaftung & Immobilienvermarktung (30–70 %) im Jobsharing

Ihre Aufgaben • Selbstständige Bewirtschaftung unseres Immobilienportfolios • Betreuung und Kontaktpflege mit Mietern, Stockwerkeigentümern, Eigentümern und Handwerkern • Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung und Immobilienvermarktung • Kontrolle der Mietzinseingänge sowie Mahnwesen • Erstellen und Bewirtschaften von Mietverträgen • Erstellung von Nebenkostenabrechnungen • Immobilienbuchhaltung mit ImmoTop2 • Mitarbeit bei der Vermarktung von Immobilien und Akquise von Verkaufsmandaten • Unterstützung bei weiteren anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben

Das bringen Sie mit • Kaufmännische Ausbildung; eine Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Immobilien oder Immobilienbewirtschafter/in ist ein Plus aber kein Muss, Quereinsteigerinnen sind willkommen • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift • Freundliches, professionelles und kundenorientiertes Auftreten • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten
