Der

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion unterstützen Sie eine:n Immobilienbewirtschafter:in in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen von Wohnliegenschaften. Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehören folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Aussendienstterminen, Besichtigungen sowie Wohnungsabnahmen und \-übergaben
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Vermarktungsmassnahmen bei Erst\- und Wiedervermietungen
  • Bearbeitung des Mietvertrags\- und Kündigungswesens sowie Unterstützung bei \- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen und im Inkassowesen
  • Pflege und Bewirtschaftung von Mieterdossiers sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung in der Sachbearbeitung Immobilienbewirtschaftung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
  • Kunden\- und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten mit Verkaufsflair, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, stilsicheres Deutsch, GaraioREM\- und Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil sowie Führerausweis Kategorie B
