Zur ausgezeichneten Lebensqualität in unserem Kanton leisten täglich mehr als 7'000 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in 200 verschiedenen Berufen ihren Beitrag. Die Dienststelle Soziales und Gesellschaft (DISG) des Gesundheits- und Sozialdepartements ist mit ihren rund 50 Mitarbeitenden das Kompetenzzentrum für alle sozialen und gesellschaftlichen Themen. Die DISG vollzieht das Gesetz über soziale Einrichtungen sowie das Betreuungs- und Pflegegesetz. Im Weiteren bearbeitet sie Gesuche der Opferhilfe und berät die Opfer von Straftaten. Sie koordiniert die Sozialhilfe, engagiert sich für Chancengerechtigkeit und fördert die Integration in den Bereichen Kind-Jugend-Familie, Frau und Mann und im Bereich Migration. Sie möchten Ihre kaufmännische Erfahrung sinnstiftend einsetzen und gesellschaftliche Themen aktiv mitgestalten? In unserem engagierten Team wirken Sie an der Schnittstelle von sozialen Einrichtungen und moderner Verwaltung - verantwortungsvoll, vernetzt und zukunftsorientiert.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind Anlaufstelle für soziale Einrichtungen und alle internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen rund um das Thema SEG (Gesetz über soziale Einrichtungen). Sie kümmern sich um die formelle Gesuchsprüfung und stellen die Kostenübernahmegarantie aus. 
  • Die Sicherstellung der Falldokumentation sowie der Datenqualität in der Fachapplikation SEG liegt ebenfalls in Ihrer Verantwortung. 
  • Die Prüfung und die Kontierung von Rechnungen sozialer Einrichtungen und ambulanter Leistungen ist eine weitere wichtige Aufgabe.
  • Sie leisten Ihren Beitrag zur Qualitätssicherung und zum Wissenstransfer im Team und mit Lernenden. Mit Ihren proaktiven Inputs modernisieren Sie unsere Prozesse und bringen somit unsere Dienststelle voran. 
  • Die Mitarbeit in Projekten rundet dieses sinnstiftende Aufgabenfeld ab.

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische oder verwaltungsbezogene Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Sozial- oder Gesundheitsbereich.
  • Erfahrung in der administrativen Fallbearbeitung inkl. Gesuchsprüfung, Rechnungsprüfung und -kontierung.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Fachapplikationen sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein für Daten und Dokumentation.
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Grundlagen sozialer Einrichtungen (insb. SEG) oder Bereitschaft, sich diese rasch anzueignen.
