Genauigkeit und eine gewisse Routine, verbunden mit dem fachlichen Interesse an Abwicklungsthemen, sind für dich selbstverständlich und bereichern deinen Alltag. Du willst dich am digitalen Fortschritt beteiligen und deine Expertise in Fachthemen einbringen. Dann bist du bei uns in der Abteilung Kundendaten am richtigen Ort. Diese vielschichtigen Aufgaben können wir dir im Team Kundendaten Bewirtschaftung bieten:

  • Du bewirtschaftest Kunden\- und Kontostammdaten und bist verantwortlich für eine selbständige Abwicklung von Saldierungen von Kunden\- und Kontobeziehungen.
  • Du erstellst Saldomeldungen per Stichtag und Geschäftsbeziehungsbestätigungen.
  • Die Bearbeitung und Abklärung von Spezialfällen (SoKo, Gebühren, Segmentierungen) und Postretouren ergänzen dein Aufgabengebiet.
  • Bei der Abwicklung von Mieterkautionen und Eröffnungen von Kapitaleinzahlungskonten arbeitest du ebenfalls mit.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Indexierung und Archivierung von Dokumenten.
  • Du engagierst dich aktiv für die Optimierungen unserer Themen.
  • Für unsere Kundenberater\*innen giltst du als kompetente Anlaufstelle für fachliche Anfragen.

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung abgeschlossen.
  • Du kannst dir vorstellen, dich mit einer Zusatzausbildung weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du bringst Interesse für Abwicklungsthemen mit und bist offen für Neues.
  • Du bist eine serviceorientierte Person mit gewinnendem Auftritt.
  • Selbständiges, ziel\- und lösungs\-orientiertes Arbeiten liegt dir im Blut.
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem lebhaften Team und besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Du hast dir gute Kenntnisse in MS\-Office Anwendungen angeeignet und hast bereits Erfahrungen mit unserem Avaloq Kernbankensystem gemacht.
  • Du zeigst eine hohe Veränderungsbereitschaft und bist bereit dich neuen Gegebenheiten rasch anzupassen.
