Firmenbeschreibung

Die sd Gebäudeunterhalt AG bewirtschaftet seit bald 30 Jahren, mit ihren über 100 Mitarbeitenden (inkl. Lernenden), Gebäude und Liegenschaften im Facility\-Service in der Zentralschweiz sowie in den Kantonen Bern, Solothurn, Aargau, Baselland und Zürich.

Dabei sorgen wir für saubere Gebäude, gepflegte Umgebungen und für eine funktionierende Technik auf den uns anvertrauten Liegenschaften.

Jobbeschreibung

Als erste Ansprechperson bist du das freundliche Gesicht und die Stimme unseres Unternehmens. Du sorgst dafür, dass Anliegen unserer Kundschaft und Mitarbeitenden effizient bearbeitet werden und im Hintergrund alles rundläuft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Persönliche, telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Entgegennahme, Koordination und Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen
  • Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden im Gebäudeunterhalt bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben oder bei eingehenden Störungen
  • Organisation und Koordination von Handwerkern sowie Terminvereinbarungen
  • Administrative Unterstützung unserer \- und Bereichsleitungen
  • Allgemeine Büro\- und Korrespondenzarbeiten sowie Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Ausbildung im Detailhandel mit Handelsschule bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundendienst oder in einer ähnlichen administrativen Funktion von Vorteil
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Programme
