Wir sind die air-compact GmbH High Pressure Solutions, ein persönlich geführtes Unternehmen mit Sitz in Oberhasli ZH. Rund um unsere Kompressoranlagen stehen für uns nicht nur Technik und zuverlässiger Service im Mittelpunkt, sondern vor allem auch der direkte und unkomplizierte Kontakt mit unseren Kunden.

Für unser Team suchen wir eine freundliche und engagierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne organisiert, den Kontakt mit Menschen schätzt und unseren Kundendienst sowie die Administration tatkräftig unterstützt.

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bist du eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden. Du koordinierst Service- und Kundentermine und kümmerst dich um die anfallenden administrativen Arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben - Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden - Planung und Koordination von Service- und Kundenterminen - Bearbeitung des allgemeinen E-Mail-Postfachs - Unterstützung des Verkaufs bei administrativen Aufgaben - Unterstützung bei der Nachfassung von Offerten - Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Stammdaten - Allgemeine administrative Büroarbeiten

Dein Profil - Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Tätigkeit - Freude am Kundenkontakt und an organisatorischen Aufgaben - Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise - Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren Anfragen und Terminen den Überblick zu behalten - Gute Französischkenntnisse für den Kontakt mit unserer französischsprachigen Kundschaft - Freundliches und dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten
