Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt, arbeitest gerne mit dem PC und Excel und interessierst dich für technische Produkte? Du bist flexibel, denkst mit und hast Lust, Neues zu lernen? Dann sollten wir uns kennenlernen.

Deine Aufgabe Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Aussendienst, Lieferanten und internen Teams sorgst du für eine professionelle und unkomplizierte Betreuung unserer Kunden. • Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich betreuen und beraten • Angebote erstellen und bearbeiten • Aufträge erfassen, begleiten und überwachen • Kundenanfragen selbstständig bearbeiten • Reklamationen und Reparaturen koordinieren • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst • After-Sales-Service und aktive Kundenbetreuung • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung unserer Abläufe und Prozesse

Das bringst du mit Wir suchen keine Person, die bereits alles können muss. Viel wichtiger sind uns deine Persönlichkeit, deine Motivation und deine Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen. • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung • Erfahrung im Kundendienst oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute bis sehr gute Französischkenntnisse • Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office und Excel • Freude an Kundenkontakt und Beratung • Technisches Flair und Interesse an unseren Produkten • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Flexibilität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und vernetztes Denken
