  • Kundenbetreuung im 2nd Level: Du bist die kompetente Anlaufstelle für komplexe Kundenanliegen und bearbeitest diese selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und effizient.
  • Kundenzufriedenheit im Fokus: Mit viel Empathie sowie einer adressatengerechten schriftlichen und telefonischen Kommunikation sorgst du für ein durchwegs positives Kundenerlebnis.
  • Analytisches Vorgehen: Du gehst den Anliegen auf den Grund, triffst die notwendigen Abklärungen mit den zuständigen Fachstellen und erarbeitest die bestmögliche Lösung.
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du stehst im regelmässigen Austausch mit Verkaufsstellen, Einkauf, Zahlungswesen, Online-Shop, weiteren internen Abteilungen sowie unserem Partner DialogWorld.
  • Qualität und Prozessoptimierung: Du stellst eine lückenlose Falldokumentation in den Systemen sicher und bringst wertvolle Impulse zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse ein.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder im kaufmännischen Bereich, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Belastbare, flexible und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kundenorientierung sowie einer exakten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Französischkenntnisse, Englisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit Kundendienst-Systemen ist ein Plus
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
