Aufgaben ###

  • planen und abwickeln von Transporten sensibler Kunstwerke im Import, Export und nationalen Verkehr
  • erstellen und prüfen von Transport-, Zoll- und Sicherheitsdokumenten
  • koordinieren mit Kunden, Museen, Galerien, Fahrern und internationalen Partnern
  • überwachen von Terminen, Handlingvorgaben und speziellen Transportanforderungen
  • bearbeiten von Rückfragen und Abweichungen
  • pflegen und aktualisieren der sendungsrelevanten Daten
  • betreuen und beraten von Kunden entlang der gesamten Transportkette

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskauffrau/-mann
  • zwingend Erfahrung in der Abwicklung Landverkehrtransporten (Import, Export oder national)
  • gute Kenntnisse der Transport- und Zollabläufe

Informatik ###

MS-Office - gute Kenntnisse

Sprachen ###

Deutsch: m+s sehr gute Kenntnisse jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
