Aufgaben Du bearbeitest anspruchsvolle, versicherungsnahe Anliegen und führst Dossiers sauber, strukturiert und nachvollziehbar Eingehende Unterlagen prüfst du sorgfältig, beurteilst Leistungsansprüche und triffst entsprechende Entscheide Im engen Austausch mit internen Fachstellen sowie externen Ansprechpartnern bewegst du dich sicher und professionell Schriftliche und telefonische Auskünfte, Verfügungen sowie Informations- und Entscheidungsschreiben erstellst du souverän Deine Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie Französisch setzt du regelmässig im Kundenkontakt ein (50% des Tages) Du bringst dich aktiv in Fachsitzungen ein und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsinstrumenten mit

Qualifikationen

Du hast deine kaufmännische Grundausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Gesundheits- oder Versicherungsumfeld Erste Erfahrung in einer versicherungsnahen Funktion bringst du idealerweise bereits mit - motivierte Quereinsteiger:innen mit passender Eignung sind ebenfalls willkommen! Du verfügst, neben sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen, auch über gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in Französisch Selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig zu arbeiten fällt dir leicht - auch wenn mehrere Aufgaben parallel laufen Mit einem hohen Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit, Diskretion und einer präzisen Arbeitsweise überzeugst du im Alltag
