In diesem spannenden Aufgabengebiet liegt Ihr Fokus auf der Erteilung von Kostengutsprachen im Medikamentenbereich \- Preismodelle und Off\-Label\-Use nach Artikel 71 der Verordnung über die Krankenversicherung (KVV) \- und dem Veranlassen der damit verbundenen Rückforderungen bei den Pharmafirmen. Dazu arbeiten Sie eng mit dem vertrauensärztlichen Dienst, den Leistungserbringenden und den Pharmafirmen zusammen. Zu den täglichen Arbeiten gehört das Prüfen von Verfügungen der Invaliden\-, Militär\- und Unfallversicherung sowie das Rückfordern von Versicherungsleistungen, welche Agrisano in Vorleistung erbracht hat. Sie sind fachliche Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden und unsere Versicherten.

Ergänzend bearbeiten Sie Rechnungen in allen ambulanten Fachbereichen. Für die dazu nötigen Abklärungen stehen Sie regelmässig in telefonischem und schriftlichem Kontakt mit Ärzten, Spitälern, Apotheken sowie anderen Leistungserbringern und beantworten kompetent die Anfragen unserer Versicherten.

Für eine weitere Gruppe suchen wir gezielt eine Person, welche über sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche ösischkenntnisse verfügt, um unsere französischsprachige Kundschaft zu betreuen.

Wir schätzen Mitarbeitende, welche gerne im Team arbeiten und trotzdem auf ihre Selbstständigkeit Wert legen. Nach der Einarbeitung bietet sich Ihnen die Möglichkeit, bis zu zwei Tage pro Woche im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.

  • Kaufmännische oder paramedizinische Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich einer Kranken\- oder Sozialversicherung
  • Weiterbildung im Sozialversicherungsbereich von Vorteil
  • Exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit diversen Softwarelösungen
  • Teamfähige und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit kundenorientiertem Verhalten
  • Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
