Sie kennen sich in der Luftfracht aus und möchten Ihr Fachwissen gezielt einsetzen? Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen suchen wir eine erfahrene Speditionskauffrau oder einen erfahrenen Speditionskaufmann mit Schwerpunkt Luftfracht. In dieser Funktion organisieren und koordinieren Sie internationale Luftfrachttransporte von A bis Z, stehen im direkten Austausch mit Airlines, Partnern und Kunden und sorgen dafür, dass Sendungen termingerecht und reibungslos abgewickelt werden. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internationalen Kontakten zusammen und behalten auch bei komplexen Transportabläufen den Überblick.

Aufgaben ###

  • eigenständiges prüfen und beurteilen der eingehenden Aufträge
  • koordinieren der Luftfrachttransporte inkl. Vor- bzw. Nachlauf
  • abwickeln von Transporten inkl. Preiskalkulation und -anfrage
  • einholen von Abfertigungsinstruktionen bei Kunden
  • prüfen der Zolldokumente und Ursprungsnachweise
  • erstellen der elektronischen Zollanmeldung
  • einholen von Warentransportversicherungspolicen
  • enge telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung
  • abrechnen der Transportdienstleistungen

Anforderungen ###

  • Idealerweise erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung im Bereich internationale Speditionslogistik
  • fundierte Berufserfahrung von etwa drei Jahren in der Abwicklung von Luftfrachttransporten (Ausbildungszeit wird auch berücksichtigt)
  • gute Kenntnisse über die Incoterms und DGR-Vorschriften
