Für ein kleines Team suchen wir jemanden, der das Schweizer Luftfrachtgeschäft kennt und seine Sendungen gerne selbst in die Hand nimmt. Von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Zustellung kümmern Sie sich um die Abwicklung - Import wie Export von A bis Z.

Aufgaben ###

  • abwickeln von Luftfrachtsendungen im Import und Export von A bis Z
  • organisieren von Abholungen, Buchungen sowie Vor- und Nachläufen
  • erstellen und kontrollieren von Luftfracht-, Zoll- und Transportdokumenten
  • koordinieren mit Airlines, Handling Agents, Kunden und internationalen Partnern
  • überwachen von Sendungen, Flugplänen, Laufzeiten und Lieferterminen
  • bearbeiten von Änderungen, Rückfragen und Unregelmässigkeiten
  • betreuen der Kunden und dafür sorgen, dass die Sendungen zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Luftfracht in der Schweiz
  • gute Kenntnisse der Abläufe im Import- und Exportgeschäft
  • selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit, die mitdenkt und gerne Verantwortung übernimmt

Informatik ###

MS-Office - gute Kenntnisse

Sprachen ###

Deutsch: m+s sehr gut Englisch: m+s gut bis sehr gut
