Aufgaben ###

  • planen und organisieren der Luftfrachttransporte (Import und Export)
  • kommunizieren mit Fluggesellschaften, Zollbehörden, Kunden und anderen beteiligten
  • erstellen der Fracht-, Transport- und Zolldokumenten
  • bewerten von Routen und Auswahl geeigneter Flüge
  • überwachen der Sendungen und avisieren der Kunden, Partner, Agenten
  • bearbeiten der Zollformalitäten
  • verwalten von Versicherungsangelegenheiten (Schäden, Verspätungen etc.)
  • kontinuierliches optimieren der Arbeitsprozesse

Anforderungen ###

Sie haben eine Grundausbildung im Bereich der internationalen Speditionslogistik absolviert und konnten bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Luftfracht sammeln (Import oder Export, general cargo, GDP oder DGR). - keine Einträge im Strafregister

Informatik ###

MS-Office - gute Kenntnisse

Sprachen ###

Deutsch: Muttersprache Englisch: m+s sehr gut
