Für die Medizintechnik suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, dienstleistungsorientierte und technisch interessierte Persönlichkeit, die sich mit Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit zum reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Medizintechnik beiträgt.

Aufgaben ##

  • Du unterstützt die Medizintechnik in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Prozessen rund um den Lebenszyklus medizintechnischer Systeme.
  • Du koordinierst Service-, Wartungs- und Reparaturtermine mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern.
  • Du bearbeitest Rechnungen, Bestellungen und Bedarfsanforderungen und pflegst Gerätedokumentationen in den entsprechenden Systemen.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Formulare, Prozessdokumentationen, Protokolle sowie Handbücher.
  • Du unterstützt bei Beschaffungen, Inventuren
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für externe Partner und unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden der Medizintechnik im administrativen Tagesgeschäft.

Profil ##

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Bezug.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst prozessorientiert und behältst auch bei verschiedenen Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Systeme ein.
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld - Kenntnisse im Spitalbereich sind ein Plus.
  • Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert, kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen zusammen.
