Wir, Swiss Sport Integrity, schützen die Integrität des Sports, indem wir Doping\- und Ethik\-Verstösse konsequent aufdecken und verfolgen, Prävention und Sensibilisierung fördern und transparente Verfahren sicherstellen. Damit stärken wir die von der Bevölkerung erwartete Glaubwürdigkeit des Sports und setzen die Würde und die Gesundheit aller im Sport involvierten Menschen ins Zentrum.

Für die Meldestelle für Ethikverstösse suchen wir per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Sachbearbeiter:in Meldestelle für Ethikverstösse (80\-100%)

Ihr künftiger Aufgabenbereich

Administrative Verarbeitung der eingehenden telefonischen und schriftlichen Meldungen in Zusammenhang mit Ethikverstössen in Deutsch und ösisch

Organisation von Befragungen, inklusive Protokollierung und Nachbearbeitung

Einholen von fallbezogenen Informationen und Kontaktdaten bei Verfahrensbeteiligten sowie Sportorganisationen etc.

Verarbeiten der Post (Entgegennahme, Versand, Nachverfolgung)

Erstbearbeitung des Mailpostfachs und Weiterleitung der Mails an die zuständige Person

Selbständige Ausführung von Korrespondenz auf Anweisung

Einfache Abklärungsaufträge

Aufbereiten und Nachführen der Falldossiers und Aktenverzeichnisse im Case Management System

Bereitstellen von Akten für juristische Partner, für Verfahrensparteien sowie das Sportgericht (Schwärzen, Kopieren, Scannen, Versenden)

Administrative Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung in Projekten und weiteren Aufgaben

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Weiterbildung oder Berufserfahrung im juristischen und oder sozialen Bereich von Vorteil

Deutsche Muttersprache mit guten Kenntnissen in ösisch (Niveau B2\), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Sprachliche Stilsicherheit und gute redaktionelle Fähigkeiten

Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Rasche Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

Kenntnisse des Sportsystems sowie des Verbandsmanagements von Vorteil

Teamplayer mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen, von Interessenskonflikten
