The posting

Das Heilpädagogische Zentrum Seidenbaum in Trübbach begleitet rund 150 Kinder und Jugendliche mit geistigen, körperlichen oder mehrfachen Beeinträchtigungen in einem wertschätzenden und fördernden Umfeld. Ergänzt wird unser Angebot durch den Standort Flums, an dem wir im Bereich Lern- und Verhaltensförderung rund 24 Kinder und Jugendliche unterstützen. Mit engagierten Mitarbeitenden aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen schaffen wir Raum für individuelle Entwicklung, Bildung und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe. Das Heilpädagogische Zentrum wird im Auftrag des Kantons St. Gallen geführt und legt grossen Wert auf die Bedürfnisse und Potenziale jedes einzelnen Kindes und Jugendlichen.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter/in Personal 80-100 % (m/w/d)

Aufgaben - Selbstständige Durchführung sämtlicher personaladministrativer Prozess von Ein- bis Austritt - Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung sowie der Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen - Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Pflege der Personalstammdaten und Personaldossiers - Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungspersonen in personaladministrativen Fragestellungen

Voraussetzungen - Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Personal - Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration, von Vorteil im schulischen Umfeld - Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und Kundenorientierung - Exakte Arbeitsweise sowie HR-Kreativität zeichnen dich aus - Freunde an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Institution - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Abacus
