Sachbearbeiter/in Personalwesen & Buchhaltung (m/w/d) 80% ##

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Abwicklung der gesamten Personaladministration - vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Administrative Betreuung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden während des gesamten HR-Life-Cycles
  • Verantwortung für die Lohnbuchhaltung im Vier-Augen-Prinzip
  • Ansprechperson für externe Stellen wie Behörden, Ämter, Versicherungen und Sozialversicherungen
  • Bearbeitung von Meldungen und Formularen, unter anderem im Zusammenhang mit Mutterschafts- und Vaterschaftsentschädigungen
  • Führung und Kontrolle der Arbeitszeiterfassung sowie des Absenzenmanagements
  • Mitarbeit in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie Stellvertretung im Bereich Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung der kaufmännischen Leitung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

Dein Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gesamten HR-Life-Cycle bzw. in der Personaladministration
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
  • Weiterbildung im Personalwesen, idealerweise als Personalassistent/in oder Personalsachbearbeiter/in
  • Sehr genaue, strukturierte und speditive Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige und initiative Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Belastbarkeit und Freude daran, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Abacus-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Baubranche von Vorteil
