Aufgaben ##

  • Sie übernehmen systemunterstützt die administrative Abwicklung der ambulanten Pflegebeiträge und sorgen für eine korrekte Auszahlung.
  • Sie prüfen die eingereichten Leistungen auf Plausibilität und klären Abweichungen direkt mit den Leistungserbringer\*innen, Krankenversicherungen und weiteren Stellen.
  • Sie gestalten die Weiterentwicklung der Abwicklung Pflegebeiträge aktiv mit und wirken an der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie der Fachapplikation ORION mit.
  • Sie beraten und befähigen Spitex-Organisationen sowie freiberufliche Pflegefachpersonen zur Abrechnung ihrer Leistungen und stehen als verlässliche Ansprechperson für verschiedene Anspruchsgruppen zur Verfügung.
  • Sie erstellen Analysen, Reportings und unterstützen die Teamleitung bei administrativen Aufgaben und Veranstaltungen.

Profil ##

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, von Vorteil im Gesundheitswesen
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, hoher Qualitätsanspruch und gute Belastbarkeit
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel

Die Städtischen Gesundheitsdienste (SGD) sind eine Dienstabteilung des Gesundheits- und Umwelt-departements mit rund 250 Mitarbeitenden, welche eine Vielfalt von Gesundheitsdienstleistungen für die Stadtzürcher Bevölkerung anbieten. Dazu gehören die Bereiche Stadtärztlicher Dienst (SAD), Zürich im Alter (ZiA), Public Health (PH), Spitex und Management & Services. Der Geschäftsbereich Spitex ist verantwortlich für die strategische Steuerung der Spitex-Versorgung in der Stadt Zürich und das Kontraktmanagement mit drei Vertragspartnern mit rund 1600 Mitarbeitenden. Darüber hinaus fungiert dieser Bereich auch als Anlauf- und Abrechnungsstelle für die Ausrichtung von Pflegebeiträgen im ambulanten Bereich und pflegt dabei Kontakte mit rund 450 Leistungserbringer\*innen und 13 Vertragsgemeinden.
