Unser Auftraggeber ist ein inhabergeführtes Schweizer Familienunternehmen in der Region Zürcher Oberland und entwickelt, produziert und montiert seit über 40 Jahren im Kundenauftrag Kunststoffteile im Spritzgussverfahren. Vielseitigkeit bei individuellen Kundenlösungen, Präzision in der Werkzeugentwicklung, Effizienz in der Serienproduktion und Flexibilität in der Baugruppen-Montage zeichnen das rund 100-köpfige Team aus. Zur Verstärkung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/-n Sachbearbeiter/in Produktionsplanung, AVOR (80-100%).

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Planung der Produktions- und Montageaufträge
  • Erfassung der Kundenaufträge inkl. Vertragsüberprüfung, Losgrössen und Preisen
  • Aktive Abstimmung der Liefertermine mit den Kunden
  • Terminüberwachung der Liefer-, Produktions- und Montageaufträge
  • Optimierung und Datenpflege im ERP (Artikel, Stücklisten, Produktionspläne)
  • Abstimmung und Koordination der Tätigkeiten mit den angrenzenden Stellen

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, AVOR oder im Einkauf im Industrieumfeld (zwingend)
  • Versierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen im Bereich Disposition, Planung oder Kundenauftragserfassung
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Engagierte, selbständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
